The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Expert to design, build, and operationalise intelligent agent solutions across customer-facing platforms. This is a hands-on technical role focused on delivering conversational AI experiences, multi-agent orchestration systems, and enterprise AI solutions that improve customer engagement and business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer experience teams to develop scalable, production-grade AI capabilities spanning virtual assistants, intelligent workflows, and enterprise automation platforms. You will play a key role in shaping AI strategy, defining agent behaviour, and ensuring solutions are secure, observable, and operationally robust. Key Responsibilities - Design and deploy intelligent agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar. - Build and manage multi-agent workflows, including routing, orchestration, and escalation logic. - Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic Claude. - Develop conversational AI experiences, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflows. - Partner with business and product teams to translate customer journeys into AI-driven solutions. - Implement AI governance, guardrails, monitoring, and observability practices. - Manage deployments, versioning, and lifecycle management across environments. - Maintain architecture documentation and integration specifications. What You'll Need - Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions. - Hands-on experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent orchestration frameworks. - Experience building multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows. - Strong understanding of LLMs and conversational AI technologies. - Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI services. - Strong prompt engineering and agent design capability. - Experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production environments. - Understanding of AI governance, safety controls, and observability practices. - Strong software engineering and API integration skills. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Telecommunications or customer experience platform experience is highly desirable.
