Facebook Ads Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities: ● Develop and manage Facebook Ads strategies to meet client goals. ● Set up, launch, and continuously optimize Facebook Ads campaigns. ● Write and test ad copy for conversions, ensuring consistency with landing pages. ● Conduct audience and creative tests to drive better performance. ● Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs for ongoing optimization. ● Collaborate with the web development, design, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns. ● Provide actionable insights and generate detailed reports for clients. ● Stay up to date with Facebook’s Advertising Policies, tools, and latest trends. ● Regularly engage with clients to discuss performance and future strategies. Desired Candidate Profile: ● Minimum 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads (agency experience preferred). ● Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads dashboard and optimization techniques. ● Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising Policies. ● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. ● Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven. ● Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● Proven experience in creating high-converting landing pages and ads. ● Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
