Executive / Officer (Distribution)-Pharma

Key Responsibilities - Manage distributor order processing, approvals, and CFA indent operations - Handle inventory management including stock availability, buffer control, and reconciliation - Process credit notes against goods returns and price difference adjustments - Coordinate with the logistics team for order execution, indent dispatches, and timely deliveries - Prepare and issue price quotations and authorization letters for hospitals and retail counters - Support distributor appointment process, distributor code creation in ERP, and full and final settlement of distributors - Follow up with distributors for outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery - Record daily payments received from distributors and update ERP billing systems accurately - Verify CFA commissions and validate related documentation - Check and verify full and final settlement documents of the field team related to SCM activities - Monitor non-moving, slow-moving, and near-expiry stock and support corrective actions Required Candidate Profile - Graduate in any discipline - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Distribution or Supply Chain Management - Prior experience in Pharma Nutrition or Pharmaceutical industry preferred - Strong working knowledge of ERP billing and SCM processes - Candidates residing in or near Andheri will be preferred Skills: Inventory Management, Distributor Management, Supply Chain Operations, Order Processing Experience: 3.00-5.00 Years
