Please find the JD below: Skills: - Monitoring Tools like wavefront, splunk. - Troubleshooting skills of Java Stack - Good communication skills. - AWS/K8S knowledge - Experience in handling incidents and recovering the systems. Responsibilities - Handle PagerDuty, Slack, Email, - Don’t snooze the Alert and your mobile. - Don’t Assume and always validate alerts - Respond to page within couple of minutes - Priority is always Pages/ Customer. - Fix the Runbooks. - Inform Secondary & Team when you are involved in an Incident. Inform over slack and call up if no one joins when you need. - Keep Runbooks, Dashboards, Automation handy (bookmark them) and always keep the local repos of automation to latest. - Engage #ioc for engagement with other teams in Intuit. Don’t hesitate to open Incident. - Few important slack to keep yourself informed about Intuit wide are #ioc, #p1-4incnotification
