Pre-Sales Engineer

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a dedicated Pre-Sales Engineer to join one of our clients' teams . Responsibilities: ● Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. ● Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer discussions. ● Design solution architectures and prepare technical proposals. ● Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC) setup, testing, and technical validation. ● Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation. ● Coordinate with product, engineering, and deployment teams for successful project execution. ● Provide technical guidance to channel partners and customers. ● Stay updated on product features, integrations, and industry trends. ● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field. ● 3–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. ● Strong software solutioning and technical presentation skills. ● Basic understanding of hardware systems, networking, IoT devices, and integrations. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to work with both technical and business teams. ● Willingness to travel as required.
