Any unsolicited resumes, including those submitted to hiring managers or other business leaders, will become the property of WSP and WSP will have the right to hire that candidate without reservation - no fee or other compensation will be owed or paid to the recruiter, employment agency, or other staffing service._ **Data Maintenance & Data Quality** + Perform routine maintenance of financial and operational datasets. + Monitor and validate data used within reporting solutions. + Investigate and resolve data quality issues. + Execute regular reconciliation and validation checks. + Support the maintenance of master data, hierarchies, and reference tables. + Identify opportunities to automate repetitive validation activities. **Reporting & Power BI** + Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing Power BI dashboards. + Build and maintain simple Power BI data models using established standards. + Develop basic reports and visualisations to support business requirements. + Assist with dashboard testing and deployment activities. + Support month-end and forecast reporting processes. **Process Documentation & Governance** + Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and operating procedures. + Document data flows, data definitions, and reporting logic. + Support data governance and control activities. + Assist with maintaining reporting catalogues and knowledge repositories. **Tool Development & Automation** + Develop simple tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data validation activities. + Assist in the creation of automated reconciliation and exception reporting. + Support process improvement initiatives across reporting and analytics. + Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation. **Business Support** + Respond to day-to-day reporting and data queries. + Work with finance and operational stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. + Assist in testing new reporting enhancements and system changes. + Support ad-hoc analytical and reporting projects. **Essential Skills & Experience** **Technical Skills** + Power BI - Optional. + Understanding of data modelling concepts and relationships. + Good knowledge of Excel including: + Pivot Tables + Power Query + Lookup functions + Data validation techniques + Basic SQL skills. - optional + Experience working with large datasets. + Understanding of data quality and reconciliation processes. **Analytical Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to identify anomalies and investigate root causes. + Logical and structured problem-solving approach. + Ability to turn business requirements into simple reporting solutions. **Personal Attributes** + Highly organised and methodical. + Strong written documentation skills. + Proactive and willing to learn. + Ability to manage multiple priorities. + Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. **BGV:** + Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India. + Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process - including documents uploaded - is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner".
