Oracle Commerce Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Commerce (ATG) Lead Developer to take charge of our e-commerce platform development. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Commerce, a strong technical foundation, and proven leadership capabilities to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. You will lead development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the platform aligns with our business goals and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Platform Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of e-commerce solutions using Oracle Commerce (ATG). Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, promoting code quality, best practices, and efficient workflows. Technical Architecture: Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable and secure solutions tailored to business needs. Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, product managers, and designers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and reliability. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools. Documentation and Standards: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce development standards across the team. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Commerce (ATG) development. - Proven experience leading development teams and delivering large-scale e-commerce projects. - Expertise in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks like Spring. - Experience with Oracle databases and RESTful APIs. Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of Oracle Commerce platform architecture and modules. - Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Certification in Oracle Commerce/ATG. - Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and headless commerce solutions. - Skills: e-commerce, Solutions Experience: 6.00-15.00 Years
