Description Job Title: Lead Engineer – MS Ecosystem Experience: 7–10 Years Location: India (Remote/Hybrid) Role Overview We are hiring a Lead Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, SPFx, .NET, and modern web development , along with exposure to secondary enterprise integration skills . This role focuses on end-to-end development and solution delivery . Key Responsibilities - Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, React - Build backend services using C#, .NET / .NET Core - Work with Power Platform to automate business processes - Develop and integrate APIs and external services - Participate in requirement analysis, design, and development - Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization - Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to sprint deliverables - Support deployments and production issues Required Skills - SharePoint Online, SPFx, React - M365 Apps - C#, .NET - API Development - PowerShell - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataflows) - Azure App & Web Services - AWS Hosting - SFTP, Azure Entra - Agile methodology - Basic database knowledge - Jira - Analytical thinking Good to Have - EKS (AWS Kubernetes) - .NET Core advanced concepts - Exposure to business engagement Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving ability - Good communication and collaboration skills - Proactive and ownership mindset
