Gensler Bangalore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their office to bring top talent into the firm. What You Will Do: Your Qualifications - High volume agency recruitment experience would be highly advantageous. - 2-3 years of experience recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required) - Bachelors degree - Knowledge of HRIS; Workday preferred - Experience with applicant tracking systems - Experience sourcing candidates and using your own network of contacts in the industry - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment - Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting - This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
