Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Description: Role Summary We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage customer lifecycle communications across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and RCS. The role involves campaign execution, marketing automation, audience segmentation, performance analysis, and customer engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities ● Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple communication channels. ● Create and manage automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns. ● Develop customer segments and targeted communication strategies. ● Manage WhatsApp template creation, approvals, and campaign execution. ● Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CTR, conversions, applications, disbursals, and repayments. ● Prepare campaign reports and recommend optimization opportunities. ● Coordinate with Product, Analytics, Business, Technology, and external vendor teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Required Skills ● CRM & Lifecycle Marketing ● Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Management ● Audience Segmentation & Campaign Targeting ● Campaign Analytics & Reporting ● Stakeholder Management ● Strong Communication Skills Tools Expertise ● Hands-on experience with Netcore (or equivalent marketing automation platforms) – Mandatory ● Advanced Excel ● Google Analytics Preferred Experience Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or Lending domains with exposure to customer acquisition, retention, repayment, and re-engagement campaigns.
