About the Role We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data Specialist with expertise in Retail Domain and AI-driven Data Validation on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will design and execute intelligent data testing frameworks for high-volume retail data pipelines, ensuring maximum data quality, integrity, and consistency across complex ETL workflows. Key Responsibilities - Design & Execution: Architect, build, and execute AI-driven data testing frameworks for GCP pipelines using BigQuery and Dataflow. - Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and structural integrity across large-scale retail ETL workflows (inventory, POS, supply chain, and customer data). - AI-Powered Validation: Leverage Gen AI and Machine Learning techniques to automatically detect anomalies, validate ML/pipeline outputs, and execute predictive data testing. - Automated Scalability: Build scalable, automated testing suites that seamlessly integrate into CI/CD deployment pipelines. - Retail Domain Alignment: Apply domain knowledge to validate critical retail use cases (e.g., dynamic pricing feeds, omnichannel stock levels, promotional data loads). Mandatory Skills - Domain: Retail - Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — BigQuery, Dataflow - Core Engineering: ETL / ELT Workflows, Data Pipelines, CI/CD Integration - Advanced Tech: AI-driven Data Validation, Gen AI, Anomaly Detection, Automated Testing Frameworks Qualifications - Experience: 5+yrs years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data quality assurance, or AI/ML data validation. - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
