About the Job: Position: Performance Marketing Specialist Location: Noida Role Summary: The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in building and scaling Prospecta’s demand generation engine. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy, driving qualified lead generation, improving campaign efficiency, optimizing conversion rates, and contributing directly to revenue pipeline growth. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and GTM leadership, the specialist will leverage data-driven insights to maximize return on advertising investment and accelerate business growth. Must Have: 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing B2B performance marketing campaigns. Proven expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. Strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Lead Gen Forms, and audience targeting strategies. Experience running retargeting campaigns with audience segmentation and creative optimization. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent. Experience managing campaigns across multiple geographies, preferably North America and Europe. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to business stakeholders. Strong ownership mindset with accountability for campaign performance and business outcomes. Data-driven decision maker with a structured approach to experimentation and optimization. Good to Have: Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms. Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk. Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or data-focused organizations. Google Ads Certification and/or LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certification. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for landing page troubleshooting. Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools such as Claude or similar platforms. Collaborative team player who works effectively across marketing, sales, and design teams. Continuous learner who stays updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Bing campaigns targeting enterprise B2B audiences. Design and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads, and Lead Generation Forms. Manage retargeting campaigns across Meta and other relevant advertising platforms. Develop audience segmentation strategies using demographic, firmographic, behavioural, and account-based targeting techniques. Continuously test and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, creatives, and messaging to improve performance. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization Build and optimize full-funnel lead generation workflows from ad engagement through CRM conversion. Improve landing page performance through A/B testing, user journey analysis, and conversion optimization initiatives. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop high-converting assets and campaigns. Design and execute experiments across audiences, ad formats, creatives, and landing pages. Analytics & Performance Reporting Establish and maintain tracking frameworks using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other analytics tools. Build and manage performance dashboards measuring CPL, CTR, ROAS, MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and campaign efficiency. Implement attribution models to evaluate channel contribution across the customer journey. Integrate campaign data with CRM platforms to support closed-loop reporting and revenue attribution. Budget & Channel Management Manage monthly and quarterly advertising budgets across SEM, LinkedIn, and Meta channels. Forecast performance metrics including CPL, MQL generation, and pipeline contribution. Continuously evaluate channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation based on campaign results.
