You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together. **The Opportunity** Teva IT Operations & Architecture is looking for a Senior Manager IT - Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure-related projects across the global IT landscape. The role is focused on end-to-end project execution, planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of infrastructure deployments, migrations, modernization activities, and transition-to-service outcomes. The Project Manager will manage projects across Data Centers, Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Network, Cloud, and Colocation domains. The successful candidate will have practical experience with infrastructure deployments and migrations, including cloud migration and colocation solutions, and will be able to coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives. **How You'll Spend Your Day** + Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned infrastructure projects from initiation through planning, execution, cutover, stabilization, transition to operations, and closure. + Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance routines. + Manage project scope, timeline, budget tracking, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, decisions, and change control in accordance with Teva delivery standards. + Coordinate delivery across infrastructure domains including Data Center, Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Network, Cloud, and Colocation teams. + Manage infrastructure deployment and migration activities, including workload assessment, migration planning, wave planning, cutover coordination, validation, hypercare, and operational handover. + Support cloud migration initiatives involving on-premise to cloud, hybrid cloud, cloud-adjacent colocation, and workload placement decisions. + Work closely with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Security, GxP/QA, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, On-Site Support, application teams, and third-party vendors to ensure delivery alignment. + Facilitate project governance meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder forums; drive clear actions, decisions, escalations, and follow-up. + Prepare clear project status updates, steering committee materials, executive summaries, and decision papers appropriate for senior stakeholders. + Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure delivery commitments, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and quality expectations are met. + Ensure operational readiness, documentation, knowledge transfer, support model alignment, and transition-to-service activities are completed before project closure. + Drive continuous improvement in project execution practices, templates, reporting, and ways of working across infrastructure project delivery. **Your Qualification and Experience** + BSc/B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. MSc is an advantage. + 10 to 12+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience managing infrastructure projects in large global organizations. + Proven experience delivering projects involving Data Centers, Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Network, Cloud migration, and/or Colocation solutions. + Experience working with infrastructure engineering, operations, architecture, security, and external vendor teams. + Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated environments is preferred. + Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent are an advantage. + Strong hands-on project management experience in global IT infrastructure environments. + Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies and delivery dependencies across Data Centers, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Network, Cloud, Backup/DR, and Colocation. + Experience managing infrastructure deployments, data center exits/consolidations, cloud migration, colocation migration, and hybrid infrastructure transformation projects. + Practical knowledge of migration planning concepts such as discovery, dependency mapping, workload grouping, wave planning, cutover, rollback planning, validation, hypercare, and transition to operations. + Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and vendors in a matrixed, global, and regulated enterprise environment. + Good understanding of cloud platforms and hybrid models, preferably including Azure, AWS and VMware-based migration options. + Experience managing project financials, forecasts, purchase orders, vendor deliverables, and budget tracking for infrastructure projects. + Strong documentation discipline, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, decision logs, action trackers, and transition documentation. + Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills; able to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving project environments. + Knowledge of regulated life sciences, GxP processes, change control, compliance, and validation expectations is an advantage. + Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including waterfall, agile, hybrid delivery, and enterprise project governance frameworks. **How We'll Take Care of You** At Teva India, care is at the heart of how we work.
