Slimming Manager Results and Sales Consultant

Job Summary The Slimming Manager Results Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional client results through personalized slimming and wellness programs while achieving sales targets This role combines client consultation team management treatment planning and business development to ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue growth Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Results Conduct detailed client consultations body assessments and lifestyle evaluations Recommend customized slimming weight management and wellness programs Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans to achieve desired results Ensure high standards of client care safety and service quality Address client concerns and provide motivation throughout their wellness journey Sales Revenue Generation Achieve individual and center sales targets Promote slimming packages memberships and retail wellness products Convert walkin inquiries and consultations into memberships Generate repeat business through renewals and referrals Maintain high conversion and client retention rates Team Management Supervise slimming therapists and consultants Train coach and motivate the team to achieve performance goals Monitor daily productivity and treatment quality Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews Operations Ensure compliance with SOPs hygiene and safety standards Manage appointment scheduling and optimize therapist utilization Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation Coordinate with doctors nutritionists and therapists when required Monitor inventory and ensure availability of consumables Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service Resolve client complaints professionally and promptly Build longterm relationships to enhance client loyalty Collect and act on customer feedback Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Nutrition Physiotherapy Healthcare Hospitality or a related field preferred Certification in slimming wellness nutrition or aesthetics is an advantage Experience 37 years of experience in slimming wellness aesthetics fitness or healthcare Minimum 12 years in a team leadership or managerial role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering client results Required Skills Strong sales and consultative selling skills Knowledge of slimming treatments body contouring and weight management Leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer relationship management Problemsolving and conflict resolution Goaloriented with strong business acumen Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Key Performance Indicators KPIs Monthly and quarterly sales achievement Client conversion rate Client retention and renewal percentage Client result and satisfaction scores Team productivity and treatment quality Revenue from packages and retail products Reduction in client complaints Preferred Industries Slimming Wellness CentersAesthetic ClinicsBeauty Wellness ChainsFitness Weight Management CentersHealthcare Preventive Wellness ServicesWorking Conditions Fulltime role with rotational shifts weekends and holidays as required Targetdriven environment with performancebased incentives Regular client interaction and team supervision Compensation 8 964 12 37 184 93 per month Benefits Paid sick timeProvident FundWork Location In person
