About Position The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of complex enterprise applications through a strong automation‑first testing strategy. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in test automation, API and microservices testing, and emerging AI‑enabled testing practices, while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment. Role: Senior QA Analyst Location: All Persistent Location Experience: 5+years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing using industry‑standard tools and languages. Drive an automation‑first mindset, increasing test coverage and reducing manual regression effort. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation. Perform comprehensive API testing (functional, contract, negative, and performance) for RESTful and event‑driven services. Validate microservices architectures, including service‑to‑service communication, data consistency, resiliency, and fault tolerance. Use service virtualization and mocking to test independent microservices effectively. Apply AI‑assisted testing techniques for test case generation, test data creation, defect prediction, and test optimization. Evaluate and leverage AI‑based tools to improve test effectiveness, reduce redundant tests, and accelerate release cycles. Collaborate with engineering teams to validate AI/ML models, including data quality, bias checks, and model behavior. Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies across system, integration, regression, and UAT phases. Partner with product owners and engineers to review requirements, acceptance criteria, and testability. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and provide quality insights during sprint planning and release readiness. Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and root cause analysis. Analyze test results and quality metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with enterprise quality standards and best practices. Expertise You'll Bring Strong hands‑on experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, Postman, or equivalent. Solid expertise in API testing and validation of REST/JSON services. Proven experience testing microservices‑based architectures. Working knowledge of AI/ML testing concepts, including AI‑driven test generation and validation techniques. Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern Quality Engineering practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong hands‑on experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, Postman, or equivalent.
