Description Job details • Proposed designation Assistant Manager• Role type Individual contributor•• Reporting to Associate Director • Geo to be supported US and UK, Swiss• Work timings 10 am to 6 pm Responsibilities Roles & responsibilities •The position in discussion is with the Lean OpEx Transformation team at KGS, which is KPMG’s global delivery center and an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability globally.• Principal Duties/Responsibilities •Work closely with the Transformation leads for KGS, BU’s, Support Functional heads, Business Owners to drive Operational Excellence•Support transformation initiatives working closely with KGSDP Leadership team as well as global KPMG member firms•Lead CI culture establishment to generate problem solving and analytical mindset within teams•Conduct current-state assessments across process, people and technology; support design and implementation of practical target-state solutions.•Create value stream maps, process maps, RCA outputs and opportunity assessments to identify productivity, quality and service delivery improvements.•Delivery tangible outcomes through OpEx projects and initiatives driving efficient project management practices•Collaborate within BU’s / Peer experts /Global teams to maximize benefit realization•Support communication, training and change-adoption activities to build wider understanding of OpEx across teams.• AI Enablement •Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and Generative AI opportunities that improve productivity, quality, decision-making, and operational efficiency. •Partner with Digital, Technology, Data, and Information Security teams to implement AI-enabled solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with firm standards. •Support business cases and value realization plans for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes. •Support responsible AI practices by supporting governance, compliance, and ethical use of AI technologies. •Drive AI adoption through awareness sessions, training, and capability-building program Qualifications •Graduate / Engineering background (Tier1 colleges etc.)•MBA (Preferred, not mandatory)•Certified Six Sigma Master/ Black Belt
