Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : Guidewire ClaimCenter QA Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role includes planning and executing continuous testing activities across different stages of the application lifecycle. This position requires active participation in reviewing code, monitoring system performance, and identifying areas for improvement. The Quality Engineer also focuses on developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, while managing data and environment configurations to support testing efforts. Collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders are essential to drive quality and accelerate project timelines effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to design and implement automation frameworks that enhance testing efficiency and coverage. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA. - Strong experience in developing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery. - In-depth understanding of full stack testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing. - Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to simulate real-world scenarios. - Experience in participating in code reviews and defect management to enhance product quality. - Familiarity with tools and processes that support continuous improvement in software testing.
