Lead Analytics

We're hiring a person to lead analytics for one of our sub-verticals in Life Insurance, and help us make sharper, faster, data-driven decisions. A quick note on the role: this is a Business Analytics position, focused more on insight and decision-making than on data engineering or data science. The core of the job is looking at a number and asking "so what do we do about it?", and then owning the answer. What you'll do: 1. Lead analytics for a sub-vertical, turning high-volume data into clear insights that drive decisions on product, pricing, and operations 2. Dig into the "why" behind performance and surface what's actually moving the needle 3. Build and track the metrics/dashboards that give real-time visibility into business health 4. Partner cross-functionally with product, tech, and ops teams to translate insight into action 5. Own the point of view : bring a recommendation to the table, not just a report Who we're looking for: 1. Strongly analytical : comfortable with data, structured problem-solving, and building models to guide decisions 2. 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a high-growth startup where you've turned chaos into clarity 3. Sharp business instinct to match the analytical rigour : you connect numbers to outcomes 4. A bias for insight over infrastructure, decisions over dashboards 5. Work Location : Gurgaon (Fully work from office)
