Job Description Software Engineer, Pune We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mid Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Java, Microservices architecture, and SQL. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills, strong engineering fundamentals, and hands‑on experience building scalable, reliable backend systems. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and ownership of end‑to‑end solution delivery. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Java. - Build, enhance, and maintain microservices‑based architectures with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. - Develop Python‑based components for data processing, transformation, and analysis using standard libraries. - Write efficient, optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases. - Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best engineering practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues. - Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams. - Continuously improve system performance, maintainability, and operational stability.
