UKG Pro Workforce Management (Testing)

Job Location: Remote Role Focus - UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM Pro) - Functional Testing - Configuration Validation - Test Planning & Execution Must-Have Skills - Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM), including real configuration and testing experience. - Expertise in UKG Pro Accruals, Business Structure, Pay Rules, Attendance, and Workforce Management configuration. - Strong understanding of how configurations impact downstream processes such as: - Work Rules - Pay Rules - Overtime Calculations - Attendance - Zones - Experience creating, executing, and documenting comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and defect reports. - Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience using Jira for issue tracking, test case management, and defect reporting. - Exposure to UKG data migration or integration tools such as: - Dell Boomi - WIM - File-based Imports - UKG Advanced Scheduling experience. - Experience with UKG Dimensions Reporting / BIRT. - Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills for data validation and reconciliation. - Previous experience supporting large-scale UKG implementation or migration projects. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have hands-on UKG Workforce Management configuration experience with a strong testing background. This role is heavily focused on validating configurations, executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring end-to-end business process accuracy within the UKG environment. Candidates with enterprise implementation or migration experience will be highly preferred. Skills: Functional Testing, Wfm Experience: 8.00-15.00 Years
