SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant Location: Bangalore Experience: 4–6 Years CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST(30374) Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview Rounds: 2 Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP data modeling, analytics, SQL, Python, and financial/commercial data. The ideal candidate should be capable of working across data engineering, analytics, dashboard development, and advanced business insights. Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Data Engineering & Modeling - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data models in SAP Datasphere . - Work with spaces, views, data flows, replication, and source-system integrations. - Integrate and harmonize data from SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA , and non-SAP sources. - Implement data cleansing, transformation, validation, and quality checks. - Optimize data models, queries, and semantic layers for performance and scalability. SAP Analytics Cloud & Reporting - Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and stories using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) . - Build decision-oriented visualizations with KPIs, drill-downs, and self-service capabilities. - Work with SAC live and import data connections. - Develop reports and dashboards using RDLC Report Builder . Data Analysis & Insights - Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify data quality issues, trends, and relationships. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for financial and commercial variances, anomalies, and performance issues. - Translate technical analysis into actionable business insights for Finance and business stakeholders. - Build analytics-ready and trustworthy datasets. Advanced Analytics - Develop forecasting models for areas such as revenue, costs, cash flow, demand, and working capital. - Implement anomaly detection to identify unusual transactions, postings, and business patterns. - Apply appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques to business problems. - Validate model performance and quality. Python & Data Integration - Use Python for data wrangling, EDA, and analytical modeling. - Use libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Statsmodels . - Integrate data from diverse systems and APIs, including: - MySQL / PostgreSQL - REST APIs - Third-party APIs and data sources Business & Domain Collaboration - Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams to understand requirements and business priorities. - Connect analytics solutions with real business outcomes. - Document pipelines, models, dashboards, and analytical processes. - Promote data quality, governance, reproducibility, and maintainability. Mandatory Skills(non-negotiable): - 4–6 years of overall experience - Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere - Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Experience with SAP S/4HANA - Experience with SAP BW - Real time exposure of SAP ABAP - Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis - Strong Python skills for data integration, data wrangling, EDA, and analytics - Experience with RDLC Report Builder - Strong understanding of SAP data structures, including: - Master and transactional data - Document flows - Ledgers - SAP financial and commercial data - Working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Commercial concepts , including: - P&L - Balance Sheet - Cost Centers - Profit Centers - General Ledger (GL) - Revenue - Margin - Pricing - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills – mandatory Preferred Skills - Experience with BW/4HANA - Knowledge of SAP CDS Views - Knowledge of HANA Calculation Views - Experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks - Experience with Git and CI/CD for analytics - Exposure to ML Ops and production model deployment - Experience with forecasting and anomaly detection - Knowledge of SAP data integration and orchestration tools - Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience Candidate Requirements - Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore . - Immediate joiners only. - Minimum 2 years of stability in an organization is preferred. - Candidates should be available for a Face-to-Face interview . - Candidates must be willing to work from the specified location and shift. - Candidates should be comfortable providing support beyond regular hours during emergency situations, if required. - Candidates with frequent job changes or offer-shopping history may not be considered.
