Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects. - Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring Agile best practices are followed. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos. - Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively. - Oversee task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, and timelines. - Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure alignment of technical design with business objectives. - Monitor engineering progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools. - Ensure integration of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and release management.
