Production Support

Job Description: - Good Operating Systems knowledge and associated commands (UNIX [AIX/Linux], MS Windows) - Good familiarity in Data Warehousing concepts - Knowledge of ITIL practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment - Self-motivated, flexible, responsible, and a penchant for quality - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. - Ability to prioritise own activities, work under hard deadlines. - Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills. - Calm approach when under pressure - Solid organisational skills - A real desire to do things the right way whilst remaining delivery focused - Innovative and enthusiastic about technology and using it appropriately to solve problems - Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
