What will you do? - The specialist in this position will be developing, testing, and maintaining features across Java/Spring backend services and React frontend applications. - And deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality that support evolving business requirements. - You will also build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions. - And participate in database design, query optimization, and application performance improvements and technical design discussions, backlog refinement, and solution planning. - You will also support modernization and refactoring initiatives under the guidance of Technical Leads and Senior Engineers. - Along with assisting in decomposing legacy functionality into modern services and components. - Furthermore, contribute to reducing technical debt and improving application maintainability. - Also, assist with deployments and CI/CD pipeline activities. - Lastly, work closely with developers, Technical Leads, QA engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? - You must have 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Required to have experience building, supporting, and enhancing enterprise or business-critical applications. - Experience working within established codebases rather than exclusively greenfield projects is also a must - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - You must have ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed. - Good verbal and written English communication skills is non-negotiable - Also, the ability to collaborate effectively in globally distributed teams.
