Description We are seeking a Patient Analytic Lead to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, with a strong focus on patient data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to provide insights on patient behavior and trends that will help improve patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead a team of analysts to conduct patient data analysis and provide insights to improve patient care - Design and develop analytical models to predict patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and initiatives - Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of analytics reports and recommendations - Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends and regulations, and incorporate them into data analysis - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare, statistics, or computer science - 2-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a focus on patient data analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Tableau - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines - Experience in mentoring and guiding junior analysts Skills: Data Modeling, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Healthcare Domain, Sql, Dashboarding, Statistics, Data Analysis, Tableau, Python Experience: 2.00-6.00 Years
