Contact 91050 24073 URGENT HIRING – EXPERIENCED MBBS RMO Location: Madhya Pradesh Hospital Type: Multi-Speciality Hospital POSITION MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO) QUALIFICATION • MBBS from a recognized medical college • Valid NMC / Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Registration EXPERIENCE • Experienced MBBS RMO required • Prior experience in Hospital / IPD / Emergency / ICU will be preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage IPD patients and provide day-to-day medical care • Conduct patient assessment, clinical examination and monitoring • Monitor vital signs and treatment response • Attend to emergency cases and provide initial stabilization • Initiate treatment as per hospital protocols and consultant guidance • Assist consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management • Promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant • Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments • Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and discharge documentation • Ensure timely investigations and follow-up of patients • Follow infection-control, patient-safety and hospital clinical protocols REQUIRED SKILLS • Good clinical assessment and emergency management skills • Strong IPD and patient-monitoring experience • Ability to handle emergency situations independently • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Responsible, professional and patient-centric approach JOB TYPE • Full-Time • RMO / Duty Doctor SALARY Best in Industry – Negotiable based on qualification and experience Interested experienced MBBS doctors may share their updated CV along with total experience, current location, expected salary and notice period.
