OpCo BCS and CW Coordinator

Position Title - BCS (Brewery Control System) Coordinator Location - Bangalore - HO Experience - 8+ Yrs Qualification - BE/B Tech Job Purpose - BCS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with Brewery BCS Coordinators and ensuring all the BCS modules are updated as per timeframe on monthly Basis. Job Responsibilities:- - Ensuring Overall Quality, Integrity, Availability and Usability of OpCo BCS Data at all levels of Management within the Group. - Align information in BCS with CIL and other company systems. - Translate data pulled from BCS into useful information for Annual & Strategic Planning, performance tracking, target setting, capacity planning, business cases and others. - Periodic audits, trainings, resolution of low to medium level technical challenges and Data Governance Policies & Procedures - Interface with Ingrid Kokkelink/ Abram (BCS Team) on BCS Master Data, user creation, access creation, authorization levels and high-level technical support. - Ensuring results can be appropriately deployed and Improvement actions, projects and inputs are fed to the Company TPM agenda to drive cost leadership and follow-up and align the Driving system for P1 KPIs. - Provide platform for Internal and External Benchmarking. - Draw reports from BCS and do the deployment of KPIs on regular basis with Power BI Dashboards - Conduct Training for Brewery BCS Coordinators in terms of understanding and Implementation. - Grasp, communicate and Implement the changes or improvisation done by global BCS teams and implement it as per agreed timelines. Critical Experiences and Competencies:- - Should be well verse with MS Office, Knowledge of BCS, MS Teams, Power BI Etc - Should have Analytical skills to analyse and deploy the data and perform the audits. - Good Interpersonal relations to interact with Brewery and the Global team. - Good Communication Skills - Written and Verbal. Unique Selling Points:- - Has worked as the BCS Coordinator at the Breweries and aware of BCS usage. - Has knowledge of the Brewery different functions and understand the material flow and correlations.
