Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement new ERP features. - Develop and deploy customizations, workflows, and process automations to enhance operational efficiency. - Lead ERP integrations with internal systems (CRM, HRMS, Finance) and third-party applications using APIs and data connectors. - Conduct requirement analysis, testing, and documentation for new features and system enhancements. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution. - Coordinate end-user training and prepare user manuals to ensure smooth adoption of ERP functionalities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes in finance, procurement, inventory, and production. - Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements in ERP configuration and usage.
