Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Support enterprise data platform and pipeline operations across Unified Data Platform (UDP) initiatives + Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot data ingestion and transformation pipelines using StreamSets, Snowflake, and Python + Support Salesforce-to-Snowflake integration workflows and operational monitoring activities + Participate in production support, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational issue resolution + Collaborate with engineering, product, cloud, and data platform teams to support delivery commitments + Perform SQL analysis, data validation, pipeline testing, and operational troubleshooting + Contribute to CI/CD, GitHub-based development workflows, and engineering best practices + Support AI-assisted operational analysis, code validation, and engineering productivity improvements + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field + 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or enterprise data platform support + Solid SQL and Snowflake experience + Experience with StreamSets, Python, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows + Understanding of enterprise data pipelines, operational monitoring, and production support processes + Proven solid troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills + Proven ability to work in fast-paced operational environments supporting enterprise-scale platforms. **Preferred Qualification:** + Experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise application integrations _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
