Senior Consultant - D365 FSCM (Manufacturing and Warehousing)

This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA). Responsibilities - Lead and participate in end-to-end D365 FSCM (SCM modules) implementation projects. - Setup Production Control, BOMs, routings, master planning, Advanced Warehousing in D365 FSC. - Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops. - Prepare functional design documents, configuration documentation, and test scripts. - Configure D365 modules according to business requirements and industry best practices. - Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and ISV solutions. - Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and testing. - Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and post-go-live support. - Provide ongoing Level 2 & Level 3 support for clients on D365 FSC with specific focus into SCM areas. - Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions. - Handle service tickets related to configuration, functional issues, enhancements, and business process questions. - Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvements. - Serve as an escalation point for junior resources and assist them in solving complex cases. - Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality advisory and support. - Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice development. - Coach and mentor junior consultants. - Participate in internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence. - Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio/BPM and Excel. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field—or equivalent experience. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience implementing and/or supporting D365 FSCM. - Strong hands-on experience with SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory Management, Production, Master Planning, Advanced Warehousing. - Experience working with ISVs, 3rd-party add-ons, FSCM customization tools. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate. - Additional D365 FSCM or SCM certifications are an advantage.
