Job Description – RPA Developer Job Title: RPA Developer Experience: 0–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurugram Salary: ₹8–20 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred About the Role We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere , along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere. - Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. - Create reusable automation components and workflows. - Develop bots that automate repetitive business tasks with high accuracy. - Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing automation solutions. - Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather automation requirements. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues. - Maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD). - Ensure automation solutions follow security, compliance, and coding best practices. - Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities. Required Skills - Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere . - Good understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and lifecycle. - Knowledge of workflow automation, process orchestration, and bot development. - Basic programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java. - Understanding of SQL and relational databases. - Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations. - Experience with Microsoft Excel automation, PDF automation, and email automation. - Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Skills - Experience with UiPath Orchestrator or Automation Anywhere Control Room. - Knowledge of OCR technologies and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). - Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation solutions. - Familiarity with Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform. - Understanding of version control tools such as Git. - Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. - UiPath Certified Professional or Automation Anywhere certification is an added advantage. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Intelligent Automation are preferred.
