Zonal Supply Chain Manager - Chennai

Job Responsibilities: - Accountable for Zonal W/H Stock Match with Books on 100% Accuracy level. - Monitor day to day performances of the W/Hs within the Zone, identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions, build corrective actions and escalate where necessary. - Drive continuous improvement of On-Time In-Full delivery performance - Identify operational challenges, Initiate process improvements & Cost reduction in Zonal level Operations. - Monitor Zonal teams to ensure right channel mix for availability of Material Across zones, Manufacturing, outsourcing & maximize delivery to Customers and minimum Lost orders. - Balancing minimum stock Matrix as per sales strategies and new projections intra-zonal warehouses. - Ensuring Utilization of Resources at Zonal Level - Keeping Logistics up to Delivery schedule and time with Lowest cost and Service Paraments - Monitoring stock movement around various inventory locations and ensure FIFO, Lowest damages, identify damages scenario and find a root cause and build action plan. - Drive Daily/ weekly / monthly performance review of the W/Hs and build action Skills: Inventory Control, Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement Experience: 14.00-24.00 Years
