Spring Boot Lead

We are seeking a Spring Boot Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot, coupled with leadership experience. You will play a pivotal role in designing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms, and implementing design patterns to develop scalable, high-performance applications. This is a full-time onsite role that requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and team collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Development and Design: - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Create robust frameworks for scalable and efficient software solutions. - Implement and ensure adherence to best practices, including design patterns and coding standards. Cloud Integration: - Work with cloud platforms to design, deploy, and manage applications. - Ensure cloud solutions are optimized for performance and security. Technical Expertise: - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and deployment. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements. Project Management: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements. - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards. Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation. - Identify opportunities to improve application performance and scalability. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain comprehensive documentation for frameworks, applications, and processes. - Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Skills: Spring Boot, Cloud Integration, Project Management Experience: 7.00-12.00 Years
