Sr Materials Mgmt Analyst

Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated **Sr Materials Mgmt Analyst** to manage end-to-end support material planning and inventory execution within BA, ensuring uninterrupted production through proactive supply risk management, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is responsible for supporting BA business planners to ensure smooth and enhance planning by improving inventory health, driving supplier performance, and supporting operational excellence across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities + Good Knowledge of SAP ECC Planning (ISC) + Knowledge and Hands on experience in Rapid Response (Kinaxis) Supply & Production Planning + Draft MOS / ensure MOS compliance by the Supply / Production planners in RR + Provide training to Users on MOS within BA and cross SBG collaboration as needed + Identify issues that are impacting key planning metrics by the BA planners and help them get fixed + Data audits in RR to ensure the right Master data is maintained in SAP + Drive PP forums by discussing MOS / RDPs/ any other topics that are of use to the BA planning community. Encourage BA Planners to talk in the forums and share their best practices they followed in their sites to solve any issues + Perform RR Upgrade testing twice a year and record the results / record the defects and get them fixed + Improve IT / Business efficiency by coming up with new ideas to automate, ease User MOS, enhance the business from IT standpoint + Conduct daily and weekly material reviews with Procurement, Logistics, and Production Planning to align supply with demand. + Be the point of contact for issues in RR / SAP and drive accountability with cross functional leaders to fix the issues + Review, validate, and optimize raw material safety stock levels, inventory parameters, coverage profiles, and planning master data in accordance with Global Design Manual (GDM) standards, including NPI + Support SIOP, RCCP, SIOE, NPI, and Engineering Change (ECN) activities to ensure smooth material execution. + Analyze demand, managed Past Due SOs, inventory, and supplier performance to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. + Develop material planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business operational decision-making. YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. + Min 8 years of experience in Material Planning, Materials Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Production Planning. + Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. + Knowledge of MRP, Inventory Management, SIOP, RCCP, and supply planning processes. + Experience with inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and materials execution.
