Roles & Responsibilities: - 8 to 10 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in designing and supporting Application solutions in below mentioned skills- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.Professional & Technical Skills: - Advanced skills in Automation studio, Mobile Push, Journey Builder, SQL queries, File transfers- CRM connectivity and integrations- Admin and user role setup- BU Setup - Basic skills in SSJS (Server Side Java Script) and Amp Script.
