Job Title: Senior Performance Test Manager Experience: 10+ Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Manager / Performance Engineering Lead to lead enterprise-scale performance engineering initiatives across telecom and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will define performance strategies, drive performance testing across the software lifecycle, ensure application scalability and reliability, and lead cross-functional teams while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Define and implement enterprise performance engineering strategy, governance, and best practices. Plan and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing . Validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) . Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows. Lead performance reviews, capacity planning, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication. Mentor performance engineering teams and drive continuous process improvements. Required Skills Performance Testing: LoadRunner Enterprise/Professional, Apache JMeter, k6, NeoLoad APM & Observability: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus Programming & Scripting: Java, Python, Groovy, Shell Scripting API & Microservices: REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Swagger/OpenAPI Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps Domain Expertise: OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing Systems, 4G/5G Ecosystems, Order Management, Digital Channels Leadership: Team Management, Test Governance, Performance Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Mentoring, Executive Communication, Analytical Problem Solving, and Decision Making.
