Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities. - Ability to design and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with scripting languages and tools used in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within CRM environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.'
