Job Description

- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. - Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. - Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. - Be a productive member of the team. Requirements - 8+ years of experience in ITSM and Production Support environments. - Strong experience supporting Azure Cloud and Data Platform production operations. - Hands-on experience with ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, using ServiceNow. - Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills. - Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), Python, SQL, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace. - Experience setting up and governing operational processes to ensure SLA compliance and reduce technical debt. - Responsible for status reporting of incidents, issues, and operational metrics for leadership reviews. - Strong stakeholder management and escalation management capabilities. - Ability to drive operational excellence and ensure service stability across production environments. - Azure platform administration experience. - PySpark knowledge and hands-on experience. - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead critical production support activities. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. - Proactive approach to issue management, process improvement, and operational governance.
