Data with Cobol/CICC experience

We are seeking a skilled Data professional with expertise in COBOL and CICS to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in COBOL programming and experience in developing and maintaining applications in a mainframe environment. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain COBOL applications - Analyze and optimize existing COBOL code for performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment - Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed - Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues - Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation Skills and Qualifications - 3-8 years of experience in COBOL programming - Strong understanding of CICS (Customer Information Control System) - Proficiency in database management systems such as DB2 or IMS - Experience with mainframe environments and tools - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools - Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities Skills: Mainframe, Sql, Data Analysis, Cobol, Db2, Cics, Jcl Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
