Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Functional Testing, API Testing

Job description - Design and develop test strategy, test planning, and test approach for products. - Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for functional, manual, or web-based applications across different platform offerings. - Detect and report defects and close follow-up to ensure closure of issues. - Participate in scrum calls with customers and internal stakeholders. - Understand the application architecture, develop test cases, and perform functional and regression testing based on user stories. - Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and identify existing or potential issues. - Report and investigate issues with reproducible steps, screenshots, and relevant information. Skills and Experience - 5+ years of experience in functional or manual testing concepts. - Minimum three years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. - Must have prior experience in the Retail domain. - Should be proficient in API testing, AWS technologies, and front-end web testing for e-commerce websites. Must have prior software experience using Jira, test rail, and expertise in agile methodology, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing. - Prior development experience and knowledge of other automation tools would be a plus. - Good understanding of order flow in e-commerce systems and marketplace integration with e-commerce platforms would be a huge advantage. - Should be fluent with CCP (Cart and Checkout) - Ecom Cart and Checkout Flows. - Comfortable running promotions and campaigns related to QA. - Good experience in functional testing with a focus on test planning, bug hunting, test execution, and communicating with stakeholders is desirable. - Willingness to learn new technologies, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are non-negotiable. - Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
