Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice process - Partner with business stakeholders to plan and execute hiring strategies - Source candidates via portals, walk-ins, referrals, and vendors - Drive high-volume recruitment drives and ensure quick TAT - Ensure quality hiring aligned with sales performance requirements - Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting - Lead a team of recruiters (for Manager role) Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in sales hiring for BPO/voice processes - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Hands-on experience with bulk recruitment, sourcing tools, and hiring analytics - Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools preferred - Team handling experience is a plus Skills: Dashboards, Sourcing, Talent Acquisition Management, ATS, Bulk Hiring Experience: 6.00-11.00 Years
