Senior QA Engineer

- Perform manual and automated testing to assess software quality. - Utilize extensive experience with web-based micro-services and Postman automation. - Conduct API automation testing using Postman and Rest Assured. - Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber. - Apply practical experience with Java OOP concepts. - Demonstrate a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate effectively within cross-functional delivery teams. - Execute thorough manual testing procedures. - Utilize basic knowledge of databases such as SQL and Postgres. - Work with testing frameworks like TestNG. - Gather requirements and prepare or update test plans and test matrices, with the ability to identify issues early in the development lifecycle. - Independently apply comprehensive testing methodologies. - Leverage the Atlassian toolchain (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr) for efficient project management. - Utilize tools such as Bitbucket and GitLab for version control and collaboration. - Communicate and collaborate proactively with both onsite and offsite counterparts. - Engage in Agile scrum ceremonies. - Execute UI testing using Selenium WebDriver. - Conduct performance testing using JMeter and Jenkins.
