With your expertise in Agile methodologies, Java development, testing tools like Selenium and Playwright, and programming languages such as Python, you will be instrumental in enhancing our team's capabilities. Responsibilities - Design and develop training materials for various technical topics. - Conduct interactive training sessions on Agile, Java, Selenium, Playwright, Python, and Jmeter. - Assess and evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs. - Collaborate with the training team to ensure a cohesive and effective training strategy. - Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training. - Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Conduct regular reviews and updates to training content to ensure relevance. - Assist in developing and implementing training evaluation processes. Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in software development and training. - In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices. - Expertise in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles. - Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright for automated testing. - Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in web development frameworks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering engaging training sessions. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Analytical mindset to assess training needs and adapt training approaches accordingly. - Experience in working with diverse teams and cultures. - A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
