Qa Lead

Description We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team. The QA Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and managing the QA team. Responsibilities - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures - Lead the QA team and provide guidance and mentorship - Create and execute test plans and test cases - Identify and report defects and work with the development team to resolve them - Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field - 7-9 years of experience in software quality assurance - Experience in leading a QA team - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases - Ability to identify and report defects and work with the development team to resolve them - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience in agile development methodologies - Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks - Strong problem-solving skills - Experience in the job market context of India is a plus Skills: Testing, Jmeter, Test Management, Api Testing, Security Testing, Load Testing, Performance, Automation, Agile, Selenium Experience: 7.00-9.00 Years
