About SpeediooSpeedioo is building a trusted techenabled fullstack platform for used twowheelers in India solving one of the most broken consumer experiences We bring transparency speed and reliability into every transaction from instant pricing to seamless RC transfers About the RoleWe are looking for a handson Sales Lead who can drive revenue and procurement outcomes through a highperforming inside sales team This role is focused on owning revenue as the primary KPI driving strong execution across the funnel dial connect conversion and building a scalable inside sales engine for the Pune market This is a midsenior execution role for someone who understands the numbers manages large teams and consistently delivers against revenue targets Key Responsibilities KRAs Own and deliver monthly revenue and procurement targets for the city Lead and drive performance of an inside sales team 1520 members Monitor and improve funnel metrics with a strong focus on revenue conversion Dials and productivityConnection rate Leadtobooking ratioConversion rate Revenue per agent Ensure all KPIs are aligned towards revenue achievement Drive daily reviews coaching and performance management with strong accountability Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure faster closures and revenue realisation Drive process improvements to build a predictable and scalable revenue engine Build a highperformance targetdriven team culture Key Requirements Strict 69 years of experience in inside sales telesales roles Currently managing an inside sales team of at least 1520 members Must be owning and delivering revenue targets in the current role Strong understanding of inside sales metrics and revenue conversion funnels Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets Experience in a startup or highgrowth environment preferred Strong bias for action highly targetdriven and handson Good communication skills in Hindi English Marathi Success in this RoleConsistently achieving revenue targets improving conversion efficiency and driving high team productivity while building a scalable inside sales engine
