Tech Lead Scrum Master

Tech Lead+ Scrum Master(Scrum Certified is Must) Experience: 8+ years Location : Bang/Hyd/Pune The client is looking for a Scrum-certified Tech Lead who can drive Agile delivery while managing offshore teams and ensuring end-to-end project execution. They expect strong hands-on understanding of PySpark, Databricks, and data engineering concepts, along with exposure to LLMs and ability to work closely with stakeholders and clients. Detailed JD: - Mandatory skills:- Scrum certified, Agile methodology, Pyspark, Databricks, LLM, Angular Role Description Skills;- - Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and BA to help translate requirements into technical deliverables. - Manage offshore development team, ensuring alignment, productivity, and high-quality delivery. - Track delivery progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.), proactively identify risks, and remove blockers. - Drive stakeholder communication, including status reporting, risk management, and executive updates. - Have strong expertise in Agile practices, with relevant Scrum certifications - Have exposure to LLMs, data engineering, and Azure cloud. - Have understanding of UI concepts related to Angular - Should have excellent communication skills and coordinate with the client product team.
