Manager - IT Recruitment

Key deliverables: - Source candidates via referrals, databases, job portals, and social media for India, US & Canada roles - Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate engagement - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and align recruitment strategy - Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics Role responsibilities: - Conduct thorough candidate screening and shortlisting based on role requirements - Engage and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Work effectively in US time zones and communicate clearly with stakeholders - Utilize MS Excel for data management and reporting of recruitment activities Skills: Sourcing, Employee Engagement, Technical Recruitment, Us It Recruitment, Us It Staffing, It Recruitment Experience: 10.00-15.00 Years
