Assistant Manager - Psychometric Assessments

- Understand and analyze client requirements (job understanding, competency mapping). - Manage and execute client requirements for small to medium-sized accounts. - Full ownership from understanding client needs to delivering the end product. - Manage the desired technical behavior of the platform related to psychometric assessments. - Work on the required content for reporting (e.g., BARS, descriptors, and other relevant documentation). - Ensure all content is developed according to market requirements for simulation-based behavioral tools. - Track content availability. - Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the creation of new content as needed. - Ensure that client requirements are properly understood by the team and delivered as per expectations. - Liaise with other teams (sales, consulting, delivery, operations, tech) to ensure client needs are met. - Manage team output, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
