Human Resource Recruiter

Job Description: - Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments - Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels - Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview status - Maintain and update candidate database - Handle onboarding and documentation of selected candidates - Assist in employer branding and engagement activities when required - Ensure timely closure of open positions - Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Onboarding, Interviewing, Hr Coordination, Recruitment Experience: 1.00-3.00 Years
