What will you do? - The Specialist in this position will plan and deliver web, API and mobile VAPT engagements within agreed scope, quality and timelines. - You will perform manual and automated testing; validate findings and eliminate false positives. - And rate vulnerabilities using OWASP, CWE and CVSS, considering exploitability and business impact. - Also, document reproducible evidence, proof-of-concept steps and practical remediation actions. - You will need to retest fixes, confirm closure and record residual risk or exceptions. - And maintain test cases, evidence, reports and engagement records in line with VAPT standards. - Lastly, escalate critical findings and delivery blockers promptly; support critical activities outside business hours when required. Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? - You must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related discipline. - And a CEH or relevant web-security/scanner certification preferred. - Must have 2–4 years in application security or an enterprise security team. - And also, at least six months of hands-on web, API or mobile security testing, including manual testing and scanner validation. - Must is knowledge with OWASP, WSTG, MAS, CWE and CVSS, Web, API and mobile black-box/grey-box testing. - You must also know Burp Suite, Qualys WAS/Acunetix, Kali Linux, Nmap and sqlmap, HTTP/S, REST APIs, authentication protocols, mobile controls and network fundamentals.
